McNabb's Vape Shop Pickup Rules and Requirements

To ensure a smooth and safe pickup experience for all customers, McNabb's Vape Shop has established the following guidelines:

1. Age Verification

Customers must be 21 years or older to purchase or pick up any products.

A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, state ID, or passport) is required at the time of pickup.

2. Order Confirmation

Please have your order number or confirmation email ready for verification.

Only the person whose name is on the order can pick up the product.

3. Payment

Orders must be paid in full before pickup or at the time of pickup (if paying in-store).

Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, or any approved digital payment options.

4. Pickup Window

Orders will be held for 7 days from the date of purchase. After that, the order will be canceled, and any payments may be subject to a restocking fee.

If you need to extend your pickup window, please contact us in advance.

5. Pickup Process

Upon arrival, inform a staff member that you are here to pick up an order.

You may be asked to confirm your identity with your ID and match it with the order details.

Ensure that all items are correct and complete before leaving the premises.

6. Prohibited Activities
Being a dick or disrespectful.

7. Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges for pickup orders must comply with McNabb’s Vape Shop’s Return Policy (e.g., unopened and unused products within 14 days).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

8. Safety Guidelines

Follow any posted health or safety protocols, such as mask requirements or designated waiting areas.

Respect staff and other customers at all times.
